The ZAOKA “Ember” is more than just a kitchen knife – it’s a fusion of tradition, craftsmanship, and performance. Handmade in Serbia, each knife is carefully crafted using time-tested techniques combined with modern precision, resulting in a tool that is both functional and visually striking.
The blade is made from high-quality stainless steel (Č.4173), known for its durability, edge retention, and resistance to wear. It is hand-sharpened at an optimal angle of approximately 15°, allowing for clean, precise cuts with minimal effort. The final polish ensures a smooth cutting experience and a refined finish.
The handle is crafted from treated walnut wood, providing a natural feel and a secure grip. Its ergonomic design ensures comfort during extended use, while the balanced construction between blade and handle gives you full control over every movement.
Inspired by fire and the spirit of traditional blacksmithing, the “Ember” represents strength, passion, and precision. Each knife carries a unique character, making it not just a tool, but a piece of craftsmanship built to last.
Whether you’re preparing everyday meals or working on more refined dishes, the ZAOKA Ember offers the perfect combination of sharpness, control, and durability.
